1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, purchasing our software licenses, subscribing to our cloud hosting platforms, or commissioning custom IT and medical software development from AGHO IT Solutions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

2. Scope of Services & Licensing

AGHO IT Solutions provides end-to-end technology solutions including, but not limited to:

• Hospital & Healthcare Management Systems (HMS), ABDM compliance suites, and diagnostic laboratory automation software.
• Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), inventory, school management, legal practice, and business automation platforms.
• Custom web portal and mobile application engineering.
• Specialized medical hardware, including diagnostic medical film printers (X-Ray, CT, MRI, and Lycam A3 white film printers).
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO), digital advertising campaigns, and social media management.

Software provided under a lifetime license grants non-exclusive, non-transferable rights to operate the system for the designated organization, branch, or authorized users specified in your official project proposal.

3. Client Obligations & Data Security

The client agrees to provide accurate project specifications, timely content, access credentials, and testing feedback required for seamless delivery. The client retains full ownership of their proprietary business data and patient records. AGHO IT Solutions implements bank-grade AES-256 encryption and role-based staff isolation to preserve total confidentiality.

4. Service Level Agreements (SLA) & Technical Support

We commit to maintaining a 99.9% uptime SLA on all managed cloud hosting infrastructure. Standard technical support is provided Monday through Saturday between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM IST via direct telephone helpline, WhatsApp business desk, and remote AnyDesk/TeamViewer screen sharing. Critical hospital emergency tickets (L1 Priority) receive immediate architect escalation.

5. Payment Terms, Billing & Invoicing

Payment terms are milestone-driven or subscription-based as documented in your signed quotation or invoice. Invoices are subject to applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST: 09ABBCA5744Q1Z3). Software licenses and source deployment files are delivered upon full reconciliation of milestone payments.

6. Intellectual Property Protection

All core frameworks, proprietary modules, algorithms, and technical architecture authored by AGHO IT Solutions remain the intellectual property of AGHO IT Solutions until expressly transferred under dedicated source-code buyout agreements.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AGHO IT Solutions be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from third-party server downtimes, unapproved client code modifications, or unauthorized administrative credential sharing.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
